Steve Michaels, formerly known as Stephen Michael Kabakos, is an award-winning tribute artist and actor from Milton, Ontario, Canada, who has a passion for Elvis Presley. He has gained worldwide attention for his masterful performances and remarkable renditions of the King. He has played alongside iconic bandmates of Elvis, such as DJ Fontana and Jerry Scheff, as well as the Jordanaires and the Sweet Inspirations. Steve has performed in various countries, including Canada, the United States, India, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Australia.
Steve’s portrayal of the ’50s, 60’s, and 70’s era of Elvis is unparalleled, and he has created, written, directed, and produced numerous shows including “Comeback to 68,” “Aloha,” “That’s The Way It Was,” “The Wonderful World of Christmas,” “Madison Square Garden LIVE,” “30 #1 Hits,” “Million Dollar Tribute,” “IF I CAN DREAM,” “TeenIdol to King,” and “Grace To Gloryland.” His shows consistently sell out, including in the World Famous Toronto Theatre District.
